Suggested Use:

Internal: 1tsp/liter, 3-4 times/day External: As a facial mask, mix clay with water to create a paste and then apply a thin layer to entire face and neck. Allow mask to almost dry, then remove with a wet cloth. Rinse with warm water splashes until no trace of mask remains For bites or stings mix clay with water to make a paste, then apply directly to skin for a drawing effect. Rinse before clay is completely dried For cooling, soothing effect on burns, scrapes, and bruises gently apply mixture to affected area, cover with a wet cloth so clay does not dry.
